Job summary

Blackpool Coastal Housing Ltd is seeking an experienced Neighbourhoods Team Leader to supervise the housing management service and lead a team in delivering high-quality, customer-focused housing support. You will be responsible for recruitment, training and performance management to ensure service improvement and KPI achievement.

• Experience of supervising or managing a team in housing services.
• Experience with tenants in social housing.
• Excellent customer service and IT skills.
• Knowledge of housing legislation and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day delivery of the housing management service and manage the team to deliver a high quality, customer-focused service.
• Contribute to recruitment, training and development, attendance and performance management.
• Provide housing management advice and lead on complex tenant issues.
• Support the Neighbourhood Manager and contribute to BCH’s Business Plan and Service Plan.
• Communicate, influence and negotiate effectively with internal colleagues and external agencies.
