Job summary

Creative Support is seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our learning disabilities supported housing schemes and domiciliary services across Blackpool. You will be at the forefront of our leadership team, ensuring effective delivery and daily operational management of services, leading a team, supervising, coaching, and supporting staff, volunteers and students.

This role focuses on person-centred support to help individuals maintain independence, wellbeing and personal development.

As a Team Leader, you will be at the forefront of our leadership team, ensuring the effective delivery and daily operational management of our services. You will be responsible for leading a team of staff, providing supervision, coaching, performance management, and support to staff, volunteers, and students. You will ensure the provision of person-centred support that enables individuals to maintain their independence, enhance their wellbeing, and enjoy opportunities for personal development.
