Job summary

PA Housing is seeking an experienced Neighbourhood Team Manager to lead the delivery of neighbourhood services across the region. You’ll manage teams, build relationships with residents, contractors, and local partners, and ensure services are responsive, visible, and customer-focused.

This leadership role prioritises accountability, community engagement, and proactive service improvements, with hybrid working and up to three office days per week.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a customer-focused housing or neighbourhood team.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Knowledge of housing management and neighbourhood services.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Neighbourhood Coordinators.
• Build relationships with residents, communities, and partners.
• Monitor performance and service standards to improve customer experience.
• Support teams to own local issues and make informed decisions.
• Attend community meetings and represent PA Housing.
