Job summary

Dacorum Borough Council is seeking an experienced Neighbourhood Housing Lead Officer to lead our Neighbourhood Housing Service. You will provide day-to-day leadership to a team of Neighbourhood Housing Officers, delivering high-quality tenancy and neighbourhood management with a resident-focused approach.

You will work with the Neighbourhood Housing Manager to monitor performance, coach staff, and ensure residents receive a positive experience while complex cases are reviewed and escalated to

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Neighbourhood Housing Officers and oversee day-to-day housing management.

• Coach and develop staff to deliver high-quality tenancy and neighbourhood services.
• Ensure residents have a positive and seamless experience.
• Review complex cases and support decision making.
• Escalate to Tenancy Resolution and specialist services when required.
