Job summary

A leading charity for homelessness is seeking a Neighbourhood Team Prevention Caseworker to provide support to individuals at risk of homelessness in Harlesden. Responsible for creating person-centered support plans and delivering high-quality advice and guidance. You will need strong interpersonal skills and experience in relevant sectors. This is a 12-month fixed term contract with a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Experience in homelessness, mental health, or social care.
• Ability to work collaboratively with external agencies.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
