We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Neighbourhood Manager to provide a high-quality housing management service across the Northwest region.
Working closely with residents and partner agencies, you will be responsible for managing tenancies, resolving neighbourhood issues and supporting customers to successfully sustain their homes.

This is a hybrid role offering a balance of home-based working and regular travel within your designated region.
As a Neighbourhood Manager, you will primarily work from home while managing a portfolio of schemes and tenancies across your patch. The role requires regular travel to schemes and communities to undertake tenancy management activities, resident engagement, estate inspections, partnership meetings, property visits, and investigations.
As travel is an essential requirement of the role, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are desirable
This role offers the flexibility of hybrid working while maintaining a strong focus on resident engagement and visibility within our communities.
This role does not include line management responsibilities.
