Job summary

Salvation Army Homes in England is seeking a Deputy Manager to support survivors of domestic abuse in our Refuge service. You will report to the Service Manager and help shape a person-centred, outcomes-focused approach within a collaborative team.

You will line manage support workers, drive service development, ensure compliance, and work with partners to strengthen networks and improve resident outcomes. This full-time, weekday role may require some evenings and on-call duties.

Working Arrangements
  • This is a service-based role with standard hours are Monday – Friday 9am -5pm. Occasional evening and weekend work is required and participation in an on-call rota
  • You will be required to travel to training and community partnership events and training, and organisational events may require overnight stays
