Dacorum Borough Council is seeking an experienced Neighbourhood Housing Lead Officer to lead our newly established Neighbourhood Housing Service.

You will provide day-to-day leadership to a team of Neighbourhood Housing Officers, driving high-quality tenancy and neighbourhood management, reviewing complex cases, and supporting escalation to specialist services where needed. Internal applicants only.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day leadership to the Neighbourhood Housing Officers team.
• Oversee tenancy and neighbourhood management services to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Review complex cases and support decision making with escalation to Tenancy Resolution and specialist services where required.
