Platform Housing Group is seeking a proactive Neighbourhood Officer to join our Localities team, delivering a comprehensive housing management service across the Severn locality. You’ll travel across Worcestershire, Wychavon and Gloucestershire, working with residents to promote sustainable tenancies and support Neighbourhood Officers with casework.

The role requires visiting customers, reviewing tenancies and addressing issues such as ASB and safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in the social housing sector, particularly tenancy management, ASB and safeguarding.

Responsabilités

• Visit customers and provide advice on tenancies.
• Regularly inspect estates and report health, safety or safeguarding concerns.
• Develop strong relationships with local communities and other agencies.
• Maintain accurate tenancy and case records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Investigate tenancy issues such as anti-social behaviour and property conditions; assist with new tenancy sign-ups and viewings.
