Job summary

Places for People is seeking a proactive Housing Officer to deliver tenancy and estate management across our communities. You will conduct tenancy reviews and property inspections while collaborating with the Community Safety Team to ensure obligations are met and neighbourhoods are safe, clean and attractive.

You will report to the Area Manager as part of an established team, applying up-to-date housing knowledge and strong communication to support customers and external agencies.

Qualifications

• Social housing experience in a Housing Officer role or similar.
• Tenancy Management/ Tenancy Sustainability experience.
• A basic DBS check is mandatory for this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide an effective and efficient tenancy and estate management service in our communities.
• Carry out tenancy reviews and property inspections and contribute to neighbourhood and continuous improvement plans.
• Report to the Area Manager and work as part of an established team to manage our neighbourhoods.
