NRL Ltd in Glasgow seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor with NEC4 Professional Services Contract experience to support a major defence infrastructure programme. The role is hybrid with on-site presence 3-5 days per week and falls inside IR35, offered via umbrella or PAYE.

The successful candidate will contribute to commercial governance, contract administration, and cost control across a nationally significant project, with strict security and regulatory requirements.

Qualificações

• Extensive NEC4 experience, ideally PSC.
• Strong contract administration background.
• Experience in commercial governance and treasury controls.
• Proven ability to manage change across large programmes.
• Proven stakeholder engagement in joint-venture environments.
• Demonstrated cost control and contract performance oversight.
• Knowledge of risk management and project controls.
• Experience in high-security defence or infrastructure projects.

Responsabilidades

• Administer NEC4 PSCs, including early warnings and compensation events.
• Provide commercial governance and ensure contractual compliance.
• Support change management processes across the programme.
• Engage stakeholders and manage interfaces in a joint-venture setting.
• Monitor cost control and contract performance through the lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to security and regulatory requirements.
