Job summary

The NEC3 Site Supervisor role is responsible for delivering works on the HS2 Phase 1 contract, ensuring compliance with the contract, Works Information and industry quality standards. The Site Supervisor witnesses tests, manages the defects process, and issues Defects Certificates in coordination with the Project Manager and Lead Supervisor.

They will oversee inspections both on and off site, coordinate with the Contractor and other parties, and ensure delivery aligns with the Employer's

Qualifications

• Experience with NEC contracts and quality control of major infrastructure projects.
• Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders and manage defects process.
• NEC3 ECC Site Supervisor Accreditation is essential.

Responsibilities

• Review ITPs, Material Approvals and Method statements with PM and Engineering.
• Record conformity to contract and report non-compliance.
• Attend meetings with PM and Contractor staff.
• Coordinate tests, inspections and defect resolutions with third parties.
• Monitor defects and issue Defects Certificate.
