Job summary

Manpower Group (UK) seeks an experienced Highways NEC4 Supervisor to oversee QA, witness inspections and testing on major highway schemes. You will ensure works comply with NEC contracts, standards and project specs while coordinating with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.

The role focuses on supervising site activities, managing defect identification and reporting, and maintaining rigorous safety and quality records within an integrated delivery team.

Qualifications

• Experience of highway infrastructure projects.
• Strong writing, client-facing and communication skills.
• Collaborative and practical approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Witness on-site testing and commissioning and keep records.
• Review ITPs and witness requirements; monitor safety and quality.
• Provide weekly progress reports to Client Project Manager.
• Maintain records of site inspections, tests and audits.
• Represent the company professionally within the integrated delivery team.
