Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in the United Kingdom is seeking a Site Supervisor to act as the named NEC3 Site Supervisor for the HS2 Phase 1 works. You will report to the Lead Supervisor and ensure work is delivered to agreed standards, with strict quality control, witnessed tests and inspections, and robust defect management across multiple enabling contracts.

The role requires NEC3 ECC Site Supervisor Accreditation, proven NEC contracts experience, strong quality management, and effective stakeholder

Qualifications

Experience in NEC contracts and quality assurance for major infrastructure programmes.
Demonstrable experience managing quality on multi-disciplinary projects and stakeholder engagement.
BSc or MSc in Engineering/Construction Management, or equivalent practical construction experience.
NEC3 ECC Site Supervisor Accreditation is essential.

Responsibilities

Review Inspection and Test Plans, Material Approvals and Method statements with the PM and Engineering team.
Record non-compliance, report accordingly, and ensure conformance with Contract and Works Information.
Attend regular meetings with PM and Contractor staff.
Coordinate and undertake tests/inspections and manage defects resolution.
Monitor Contractor certifications and sign off quality of works.
Oversee tests/inspections by Contractor and others on and off site.
Ensure sharing of the Supervisor Execution Plan with the Supervisor team.
Organise delivery of Supervisor Services to support Lead Supervisor.
