Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Construction Assurance Manager to support the HS2 NEC3 project. You will assure constructability, manage risk, and lead interfaces across design, engineering and delivery teams on major rail and civil works.

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification in civil engineering, construction or building science or the equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in managing and administering NEC contracts.
• Experience on large-scale projects across civil, construction and rail.
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental management.
• Understanding of construction planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage performance of the directorate and the supply chain to deliver integrated design, engineering, planning and delivery for construction.
• Integrate and manage interfaces with relevant stakeholders to enable effective delivery.
• Ensure compliance with Development Agreement and Undertakings and Assurances.
• Accountable for Constructability Assurance using a risk-based approach.
• Provide specialist advice and expertise at all stages to the NEC3 Project Manager.
• Manage the HS2 Control Point Process.
• Facilitate safety tours and site-based HS2 safety practices.
• Support the NEC3 Project Manager and NEC3 Supervisor in their duties.
• Support HS2 cross-contract interfaces for constructability.
