Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Construction Assurance Manager to provide specialist constructability support across the construction process for the HS2 NEC3 project.

You will lead performance, manage interfaces with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with the Development Agreement and safety standards. This role offers a hybrid working culture and opportunities for training and development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing and administering NEC contracts.
• Proven construction experience across large-scale projects with knowledge of construction planning.
• Degree level qualification in civil engineering, construction or building science or the equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the directorate and supply chain to deliver integrated design, engineering, planning and construction.
• Integrate interfaces with strategic and local stakeholders to enable effective delivery.
• Ensure compliance with the Development Agreement and Undertakings and Assurances.
• Provide specialist constructability assurance using a risk-based approach.
• Support NEC3 Project Manager in administering the NEC contract and safety practices.
• Promote Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in all work.
• Support cross-contract interfaces for constructability.
