Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced NEC3 Site Supervisor for HS2 Phase 1. The role requires ensuring works meet contract standards, witnessing tests and managing defects from initiation to Defects Certificate.

You will coordinate with the PM, engineering teams and Contractor staff to maintain the agreed quality and execution plan. The ideal candidate will have NEC3 ECC Site Supervisor accreditation, extensive infrastructure experience, and the ability to engage multiple stakeholders across

Qualifications

• Experience with NEC3 contracts and major infrastructure delivery.
• Proven ability to manage quality across multi-disciplinary projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and comment on Inspection and Test Plans, Materials Approvals and Method Statements.
• Record compliance with Contract and Works Information.
• Attend regular PM/Engineering meetings and provide feedback.
• Coordinate tests, inspections and defect resolutions with Contractors and others.
• Assist PM in reviewing Contractor certification packages and approvals.
• Monitor quality across enabling contracts and sign off actions.
