Job summary

Airbus is looking for an NDT Level 2 or 3 Instructor/Examiner in Filton, Bristol. The successful candidate will train internal and external candidates in various NDT methods and ensure compliance with standards.

Qualifications include EN4179 Level 2 in Ultrasonic Testing. Benefits include flexible working hours, 25 days holidays plus bank holidays, a pension scheme, and a discretionary bonus.

The role requires a full UK driving license and the ability to travel nationally and internationally.

Qualifications

• EN4179 Level 2 qualifications (Level 3 qualifications are desirable) in NDT methods.
• Holds or can obtain a Visual Acuity certificate.
• Evidence of training in instructional techniques or a teaching certificate.

Responsibilities

• Train internal and external candidates in various NDT methods.
• Examine and mark examinations ensuring standards are met.
• Manage availability of training equipment and consumables.

Skills

EN4179 Level 2 qualifications in Ultrasonic Testing

Fluent in both written and spoken English

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education

Evidence of training in instructional techniques
