Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace NDT is seeking a multi‑site Level 3 professional to oversee aerospace inspection compliance across Feltham, Bournemouth, Waterford and possibly Yeovil. The role involves leading audits, maintaining technician certification, and driving QMS initiatives within the EMEAI region.

Expect 50% travel, plus ad hoc visits. Candidates should hold EN4179/NAS40 L3 in PT, MT, ET and UT and possess strong quality management experience in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Multi disciplined NDT Level 3 with current Aerospace EN4179/NAS40 PT MT ET UT.
• Working knowledge of the AS9100/IA9100 Quality Management standard.
• Advanced knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.
• Advanced collaboration and teamwork skills, fostering a culture of quality and excellence.
• Proven expertise of statistical analysis tools and techniques to strengthen our data‑driven quality initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all required Supplier and Internal annual NDT Self Audits per NADCAP requirements.
• Support regulatory audits (CAA, EASA, FAA, AS9100, NADCAP) and Honeywell Network Audits.
• Write and update NDT procedures and Work Instructions to latest revisions.
• Ensure NDT Technicians Exams, Training, Eye Tests, Familiarisation and proficiency per NDE-001.
• Ensure equipment calibration is signed off and up to date.
• Procure NDT equipment to fulfil specifications with site management.
• Support ad-hoc site visits to resolve NDT equipment issues.
• Develop the existing NDT team to provide L3 coverage and succession in the region.
• Support/Lead QMS/AS9100 improvement projects within the EMEAI region.
• Drive Continuous Improvements and Quality KPIs within Honeywell Quality initiatives.
