Job summary

Fedcap UK is seeking a Navigator to act as the trusted point of contact for participants, guiding them through wellbeing, confidence and employment journeys. The role blends office-based, remote and outreach work with travel to employer sites.

You will build relationships, conduct holistic assessments, create personalised support plans and provide coaching to help participants progress toward goals and obtain opportunities in health and employment services.

Qualifications

• Commitment to values: Kindness, Respect, Integrity and Innovation.
• Experience in supported employment, IPS, disability employment, health and wellbeing, social care, coaching, employability or VCSE environments.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with people facing complex barriers to wellbeing and employment.
• Experience using person-centred, trauma-informed, health-informed approaches and strengths-based support.
• Experience of behaviour change coaching and goal-focused support."

Responsibilities

• Act as the single, consistent point of contact for participants, building trusted relationships.
• Receive referrals via warm handover and ensure participants feel welcomed and supported.
• Conduct holistic, person-centred assessments covering health, wellbeing and goals.
• Develop personalised support plans reflecting each participant’s needs and strengths.
• Provide health-informed coaching to boost motivation, resilience and readiness for employment.
• Identify barriers and develop practical strategies to improve confidence and stability.
• Connect participants with community services, training and employment opportunities.
• Coordinate multi‑agency support with health, community and employment partners.
• Offer ongoing in-work support to navigate workplace challenges and progression.
