Job summary

Fedcap Employment is seeking a Health & Wellbeing Facilitator to support individuals facing health barriers to employment. Based in Oxford, Reading, Guildford or Brighton, you’ll deliver personalised interventions and group sessions to boost confidence and employability.

You’ll work with Employment Advisors and local partners to coordinate care, conduct biopsychosocial assessments, and promote long-term wellbeing. A background in health promotion and wellbeing is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in health promotion, wellbeing support, or public health.
• Experience with physical and/or mental health challenges.
• Experience delivering workshops or group interventions (face-to-face or online).
• Strong coaching, engagement and motivational skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with diverse backgrounds.
• Knowledge of local health, wellbeing and community services.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised health and wellbeing interventions to help individuals overcome barriers to employment.
• Conduct holistic biopsychosocial assessments and create tailored action plans.
• Facilitate workshops and group sessions on wellbeing and employability outcomes.
• Promote self-management techniques for long-term wellbeing and independence.
• Collaborate with Employment Advisors to ensure coordinated support.
• Participate in case conferences and share specialist wellbeing insights.
• Build relationships with local healthcare providers, community organisations and employers.
