Job summary

Fedcap Employment seeks a Navigator to support individuals on their journey toward improved wellbeing and employment. You will act as a trusted, single contact, delivering holistic assessments and personalised plans within a hybrid UK role.

Utilising trauma-informed and health-informed approaches, you will coach participants toward goals, helping them access community services, training, and job opportunities while coordinating across partner organisations.

Qualifications

• Experience within supported employment, IPS, disability employment, health and wellbeing, social care, coaching or VCSE environments.
• Demonstrable experience building trusted relationships for people facing health, wellbeing or social barriers.
• Experience using person-centred, trauma-informed and strengths-based approaches to tailor support.
• Experience of behaviour change coaching and goal-focused support for sustainable progress.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single, consistent point of contact for participants, encouraging engagement and progress toward goals.
• Receive referrals via warm handover and ensure participants feel welcomed and supported.
• Conduct holistic, person-centred assessments of health, wellbeing, confidence and employment goals.
• Develop personalised support plans reflecting each participant's needs and strengths.
• Provide health‑informed coaching to boost motivation, resilience and readiness for work.
• Help participants identify barriers and develop practical strategies to improve wellbeing and stability.
• Connect participants with community services, health provisions, training and employment opportunities.
• Coordinate support across health, community and employment partners as needed.
• Support participants in exploring volunteering, training, work experience and paid employment.
