Job summary

Fedcap UK is hiring a Navigator to be the trusted link for participants on their journey toward wellbeing, confidence and employment. You will conduct holistic assessments, develop tailored support plans and provide health-informed coaching to help clients progress.

The role is hybrid, combining office-based, remote and outreach work, including employer visits and community engagement with travel reimbursed under policy.

Qualifications

• Experience within used employment, IPS, or disability employment settings, supporting health and wellbeing goals.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and support people with complex barriers to progress.
• Experience using person-centred, trauma-informed, health-informed approaches to tailor support.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single, consistent point of contact for participants, guiding engagement and progress toward goals.
• Receive referrals via warm handover; ensure participants feel welcomed and supported from start.
• Complete holistic assessments covering health, wellbeing, confidence, skills and circumstances
• Develop personalised support plans reflecting participant needs and goals
• Provide health-informed coaching to build motivation, resilience and readiness for employment
• Help participants identify barriers, recognize strengths and plan practical steps for progress
• Connect participants with community services, health resources and training opportunities
• Coordinate multi-agency support with health, community and employment partners
• Support participation in volunteering, training, work experience and employment opportunities
• Provide ongoing in-work support to navigate workplace challenges and sustain progression
