Job summary

Fedcap Employment is seeking a Health & Wellbeing Facilitator in the Southampton area to support individuals facing health-related employment barriers. You will deliver tailored wellbeing interventions, run group workshops, and work with Employment Advisors to provide coordinated support.

The role focuses on building confidence, resilience, and employability through holistic assessments and evidenced-based strategies, across hybrid locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in health promotion, wellbeing support, public health, or vocational rehabilitation.
• Experience supporting individuals with health challenges.
• Experience delivering workshops and group sessions.
• Strong coaching and motivational skills.
• Ability to engage people from diverse backgrounds.
• Knowledge of local health and community services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised health and wellbeing interventions to help individuals overcome employment barriers.
• Conduct holistic assessments and develop tailored action plans for wellbeing and employability.
• Lead workshops on confidence, stress management, sleep, communication, interview anxiety, and healthier lifestyles.
• Promote self-management techniques for long-term wellbeing.
• Collaborate with Employment Advisors and delivery teams to coordinate support.
• Participate in case conferences and provide wellbeing insights to progression plans.
• Build relationships with local healthcare providers, community organisations, employers, Jobcentre teams and stakeholders.
