Job summary

The Fedcap Group is seeking a Navigator in Slough with a focus on compassionate, person-centred support to help participants move toward wellbeing and employment. You will manage a warm handover, plan in-work support, and liaise with health, community and employment partners to deliver holistic, outcome-driven assistance.

Hybrid role with office, remote and outreach work, including employer visits. Competitive salary £33k-£35k and 33 days leave, pension and wellbeing benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience building trusted relationships with individuals facing barriers to wellbeing or employment.
• Experience using person-centred, trauma-informed approaches to tailor support.
• Experience coaching for motivation and behavioural change to enable progression.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single, consistent point of contact for participants and build trusted relationships.
• Receive referrals and ensure participants feel welcomed and supported from the outset.
• Conduct holistic assessments covering health, wellbeing, confidence and goals.
• Develop personalised support plans reflecting participants’ needs and strengths.
• Provide health-informed coaching to build motivation, resilience and readiness for progression.
• Identify barriers and develop practical strategies to improve confidence and stability.
• Connect participants with community services, training and employment opportunities.
• Coordinate support across health, community and employment partners.
