Job summary

Progress Sales Recruitment is recruiting a National Sales Manager for a leading wound care business. You will lead a national sales team, shape the strategy and drive growth across NHS settings in the UK.

You will build strong customer relationships, deliver revenue targets and collaborate with senior leadership to shape market strategy and product adoption. A dynamic, results-driven leader with healthcare sales experience is ideal.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in wound care or tissue viability is essential.
• Successful track record in healthcare sales leadership and delivering commercial growth.
• Experience selling into NHS and engaging with clinical, procurement and commercial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the national sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share objectives.
• Lead, motivate and develop a UK-wide team of Healthcare Development Managers and Account Managers.
• Set clear sales objectives, KPIs and performance expectations.
• Coach and mentor team members to maximise performance and capabilities.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive growth across NHS acute, community and other healthcare settings.
• Build and strengthen relationships with senior clinical, procurement and commercial stakeholders.
• Support the team in developing strategic account plans and converting high-value opportunities.
• Drive product adoption and support formulary, pathway and procurement discussions.
