CPM United Kingdom Limited is seeking a Samsung Regional Trainer to drive advocacy and sales of Samsung Digital Appliances across the UK, supported by a £33k package including a 10% bonus, company car, phone and tablet.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, highly autonomous planning, and extensive travel across Enfield, Harrow, Greater London and surrounding regions to deliver training in-store, classroom, virtual events and roadshows.

Responsabilités

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis for forthcoming in-store interventions.
• Prepare, present and evaluate training interventions across the UK.
• Deliver product knowledge training to key account staff to drive knowledge and sales.
• Promote regional training initiatives and use Samsung training platform.
• Support national account events and consumer shows.
• Plan and organise diary and admin tasks at least one month in advance.
• Be flexible and adapt to changing briefs.
• Provide support for VIP retail visits as required.
• Handle other tasks within scope as directed by line manager.

Territory details: Enfield, Harrow, Hemel Hempstead, High Wycombe, Ilford, London East, London East Central, London North, London North West, London West, London West Central, Oxford, Reading, Slough, Southall, Uxbridge, Staines, Kingston, Twickenham, Staines, Watford and surrounding areas

As the Regional Trainer you will be part of a team of trainers specialising in Digital Appliances, reporting into the Training Team Manager. You will be responsible for delivering memorable and impactful training to both Internal and External partners across a range of environments including classroom, in-store, virtual, roadshows and events.

This is a highly autonomous role which requires the candidate to be well planned and organised and able to manage their own diary and planning within the business needs. The overall goal is to increase advocacy and awareness, and ultimately drive sales of Samsung Digital Appliances in retail stores.

What we are looking for in our next Regional Trainer

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis to aid planning of forthcoming in-store training interventions
• Prepare, present and evaluate training interventions/courses that will be run throughout the UK
• Deliver product knowledge training to key account staff with the aim of increasing knowledge and sales
• Promote and run regional training initiatives and the use of the Samsung training platform
• Support National account event shows and major training events, in addition to consumer facing shows
• Complete administration tasks, including planning and organising diary at least a month in advance
• Be prepared to be flexible and adapt to a change of brief in a short space of time.
• Provide support for VIP retail visits as required
• Responsible for any other task identified by the line manager as falling reasonably within the scope and range of the position.

Person Specification

• It is essential you have demonstrable experience in delivering classroom and shop floor training sessions
• Strong organisational skills - the ability to work autonomously and organise your own diary is essential
• Excellent communication skills, both written and presentation, with the confidence and ability to engage and hold an audience
• Flexible and adaptable, with a high level of resilience and desire to drive continuous improvements and operate in a changing environment
• A flexible approach to work will be required as the need to travel the UK extensively and overnight stays will be required in this role as well as weekend working.
