You will steer store refits, category management and initiatives with internal teams, suppliers and partners to boost sales, profitability and ROI. The role requires strong commercial awareness, excellent negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Lead retail refits and development projects aligning with segmentation.
• Build supplier and retail partnerships for range development and promotions.
• Negotiate manufacturer trade agreements to maximise rebates and value.
• Develop planograms aligned to segmentation with biannual range reviews.
• Collaborate with Finance to optimise pricing and analyse promotions.
