Job summary
Mitchell Maguire Limited is seeking a Specification Sales Manager – Natural Stone to drive 100% new business across the UK, focusing on London and Home Counties. The role involves selling a premier natural stone range via high-end residential, commercial and hospitality projects, with turnkey solutions where required.
You will identify opportunities, win specifications from architects and interior designers, and hand projects to a dedicated team for long-term management.
Qualifications
- Must have specification field sales experience with A&D, contractors or developers.
- Demonstrable field sales track record of generating new business.
- Experience selling to high-end residential, commercial or hospitality projects.
- Knowledge of architectural materials or natural stone is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Field sales role selling natural stone, slabs or turnkey solutions.
- 100% new business development across national projects.
- Win specifications with London A&D community, contractors and developers.
- Pass identified projects to two account managers for 12–18 month management.
- Generate own leads with Barbour ABI and Glenigan support.
- Build a strong network of contractors, developers, architects and interior designers.
