Job summary

Mitchell Maguire Limited is recruiting a Specification Sales Manager for floor and wall tiles covering the South region, including London. The role focuses on selling to architects, interior designers and house developers, promoting a comprehensive tile range and driving project specifications.

You will manage CPD sessions, build a project pipeline, and work toward turnover targets of about £1m with uncapped commission potential and a £6,000 car allowance. London-based candidates favored.

Qualifications

• Must have specification sales experience.
• Must be from the tile or associated sector.
• Go getter able to generate new business.
• Highly motivated and able to work on own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Field specification sales role promoting a distributed range of wall and floor ceramic tiles.
• Sell to architects, house developers, interior designers and contractors.
• Target to turnover circa £1m once up and running.
• Conduct CPD seminars to promote products and specifications.
• Generate a project pipeline and actively pursue new business.
