Job summary

Mitchell Maguire Limited is seeking a Specification Sales Manager for Roofing and Waterproofing Systems to drive specification sales across the North East, Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. You will target building surveyors, authorities and architects, presenting liquid roofing systems and built up options to win major refurb projects.

The role requires experience in specification sales, CPD delivery, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients while managing pricing strategies for

Qualifications

Must have specification field sales experience with building surveyors.
Ability to write specifications and conduct CPD seminars.
Open to various product backgrounds such as concrete repair, flooring, waterproofing and roofing systems.
Some technical capability to support customers and specifiers.

Responsibilities

Field sales position selling liquid roofing systems for waterproofing or built up roofing.
Gain specifications with building surveyors, architects, health authorities and education bodies.
Engage specialist waterproofing and roofing sub contractors to ensure projects run smoothly.
Manage pricing and discounts to maximise profitability.
Develop refurbishment projects and maintain relationships with clients.
