Job summary

Sigma is seeking an experienced Solar PPM Project Manager to oversee national PV maintenance programmes for a mixed portfolio of solar assets. You will ensure safe, timely delivery within budget, coordinating engineers, subcontractors and internal teams to maximise asset performance and client satisfaction.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will drive continuous improvement, develop detailed reporting, and maintain strong relationships with clients while ensuring compliance with industry

Qualifications

• HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering, Building Services or equivalent.
• Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
• Valid Drone Licence required for site inspections.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning and delivery of national solar PV maintenance programmes.
• Coordinate engineers and subcontractors across multiple locations.
• Ensure achievement of contractual KPIs, SLAs, and compliance standards.
• Review maintenance reports, inspection results, and performance data.
• Manage budgets, costs, purchase orders, and supplier invoices.
• Prepare quotations for remedial works and identify opportunities for additional business.
• Provide regular updates and performance reporting to clients and internal teams.
• Produce KPI dashboards and financial forecasts.
