Job summary

PT Renewables is seeking an experienced PPM Project Manager to own planned maintenance across a national portfolio of solar PV and renewable energy assets. You will plan and deliver maintenance programmes, coordinate engineers and subcontractors, and own contractual KPIs with the client.

You will also manage budgets, review data from drone inspections, and spot opportunities to grow the account. A strong background in building services or renewables is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing PPM contracts in building services, electrical, FM or renewables.
• Track record of delivering planned maintenance programmes.
• Strong client relationships and commercial awareness.
• Good understanding of electrical systems and safety legislation.
• Experience with solar PV, battery storage or EV charging is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver preventative maintenance across solar PV and renewables nationwide.
• Coordinate engineers and subcontractors across multiple locations.
• Own KPIs, SLAs and compliance; report performance to clients.
• Manage budgets, purchase orders and supplier invoices.

They need an experienced PPM Project Manager to take ownership of planned maintenance contracts across a national portfolio of solar PV and renewable energy assets.

What you'll be doing:

• Planning and delivering planned preventative maintenance programmes across solar PV and renewable sites nationwide
• Coordinating engineers and subcontractors across multiple locations
• Owning contractual KPIs, SLAs and compliance, and reporting performance back to the client
• Managing budgets, costs, purchase orders and supplier invoices
• Carrying out drone site inspections and reviewing maintenance, inspection and performance data
• Pricing remedial works and spotting opportunities to grow the account

What you'll need:

• Project or contract management experience in building services, electrical, FM or renewables
• A track record of delivering PPM contracts
• Strong client relationship skills and genuine commercial awareness
• A good understanding of electrical systems and health and safety legislation
• Solar PV, battery storage or EV charging experience is a real bonus
