Job summary

Spencer Richardson are supporting our client in hiring a National Service Manager to lead service, engineering and workshop operations across the UK. The role focuses on improving performance, developing leaders and upholding safety and quality standards.

You will shape national service strategy, standardise processes across depots and drive KPIs while managing budgets and ensuring efficiency. Travel nationwide and leadership exposure are core to the role.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in service, engineering or workshop operations.
• Experience leading multiple sites and teams.
• Strong budget management and commercial awareness.
• Willingness to travel nationally and hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of service operations across the UK.
• Develop service leaders across multiple sites and coach managers.
• Boost equipment availability and improve repair turnaround.
• Champion Right First Time culture across all workshops.
• Standardise processes and embed best practice nationally.
• Analyse KPIs to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
• Drive cost efficiency and support P&L reviews.
• Ensure health & safety compliance across every depot.
