Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated National Service Manager to lead and oversee all service operations across our depots. In this senior-level role, you will be responsible for managing service engineers, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency in our workshops. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all workshop activities across multiple depots, ensuring adherence to internal Quality Management Systems and Health & Safety regulations.
  • Lead, manage, and support the engineering team, ensuring effective communication and teamwork across depots.
  • Fault-finding, servicing, repairs, and maintenance of powered access and material handling equipment, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
