Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a hands-on repair technician for the National Service Centre in the UK.

You will deliver high-quality repair and refurbishment, supporting warranty and chargeable repairs across DEWALT, BLACK+DECKER and STANLEY brands. You’ll learn technical repair methods across multiple brands, maintain safety and quality standards, and collaborate with engineering, product management and quality teams.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Broad technical capability with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and SAP would be beneficial but not required.
• Technical background with experience working in a similar technical role.

Responsibilities

• Provide first fix resolution to tools at the National Service Centre (NSC).
• Continuously learn the technical know-how of repair tools across Stanley Black & Decker brands.
• Be flexible in switching between repair functions within the NSC when required.
• Assist others within the business with technical and repair support.
• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) requirements on site.
