Job summary

Qualifications

• Broad technical capability with strong problem-solving skills to manage varied tasks.
• Working experience of Microsoft Office & SAP would be beneficial but not required.
• Technical background with experience in a similar technical role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high standard of repair and refurbishment at the NSC for warranty and chargeable repairs.
• Develop knowledge of repair tools across Stanley Black & Decker brands.
• Be flexible in switching between repair functions within the NSC as needed.
• Support others within the business with technical and repair expertise.
• Ensure Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) requirements on site are complied with.
