Job summary

Advocate Group represents GLOWWA in their search for an Internal Sales Executive to join the Manchester team. The role focuses on growing the national salon partnership network, onboarding new partners, and developing existing relationships.

You will manage orders and customer interactions, work with Territory Educators on onboarding, education and ongoing support, and drive monthly targets while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience within sales, account management or customer success or another commercially focused customer-facing role.
• Strong relationship-building skills with a natural ability to create trust with customers.
• A proactive and commercially driven approach to winning new business and identifying opportunities.
• Target-focused, organised and confident managing a large portfolio of customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and confidence using CRM systems and technology.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing positively to a growing team.
• Experience within the professional hair, beauty or wellness industry would be advantageous.
• Previous B2B sales, salon account management or Salesforce experience would be a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the commercial performance.
• Identify, convert and onboard new salon partnership opportunities.
• Manage and develop a portfolio of existing salon partners, driving retention and account growth.
• Build strong, long-term relationships and identify opportunities to increase customer engagement.
• Work closely with Territory Educators to coordinate onboarding, education and ongoing customer support.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure every customer interaction is followed through.
• Manage orders, customer queries and account activity accurately through Salesforce.
• Deliver against monthly new business and commercial targets.
