Job summary

ghd is seeking a commercially driven, field-based Business Development Manager to unlock growth across salon channels in Wales and the South West.

In this high-potential territory you will expand our salon footprint, drive revenue growth and elevate brand presence through strategic partnerships, education and retail excellence. Travel will be frequent, and you’ll build lasting relationships with salon owners, stylists and educators.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years in field sales, business development or regional management.
• Travel frequently for field-based work.
• Confident communicator and relationship builder with a passion for premium beauty and styling.
• Full clean UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly business reviews with salon accounts using performance data to drive improvements.
• Drive sell-in and sell-out performance across styling tools, products and services.
• Collaborate with education and marketing teams to activate campaigns and boost retail conversion.
• Identify, prospect and secure new salon partnerships aligned with brand standards.
• Present compelling commercial proposals and product demonstrations.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing salon accounts and growth goals.
• Build trusted relationships with salon owners, stylists and educators.
• Represent the brand at trade shows, regional events and salon activations.
