A leading supplier of Process Equipment & Flow Technologies is seeking a National Sales Manager based in Wales. The role involves overseeing sales, managing an internal team, and providing technical support in a growing company. Ideal candidates will have a strong sales background in process equipment or flow technology, along with relevant engineering qualifications.
Our client, the UK’s leading supplier of Process Equipment & Flow Technologies for industries such as Biotech, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Semi-Conductor, and Food & Beverage, is expanding. They provide technical expertise and engineering solutions with a diverse range of pumps, valves, actuators, heat exchangers, ultrafiltration, and other process and control instrumentation.
Due to growth, a new role has been created for an Inside Sales Manager based in their Welsh office. Reporting to the UK Sales Director, the Sales Manager will oversee UK sales from the Wales facility, managing the internal sales team, providing technical and commercial support, and coordinating with external sales teams, customers, suppliers, and internal departments to deliver tailored process and flow control solutions.
The ideal candidate is an experienced Inside Sales Manager or Process Equipment Sales Manager with a proven track record in sales and people management within the process equipment or flow technology sector. Alternatively, a Process Sales Engineer, Regional Sales Manager, or Territory Manager with at least 5 years of sales experience in filtration, process instruments, or similar technologies will be considered. This role is suited for a sales professional looking to move into a management position, preferably with a Mechanical Engineering Degree, HNC, or equivalent to assist in technical support and equipment selection.
