Job summary

Bidvest Noonan is seeking a Retail Key Account Director to lead the strategic direction, operational excellence and commercial performance of cleaning services across a national retail portfolio.

The role requires senior leadership, accountability for P&L, and the ability to drive safe, high-quality customer environments while delivering value through performance improvement, growth, and contract renewal across multiple sites in the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven senior leadership experience in multi-site FM operations.
• Strong understanding of cleaning industry standards and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale P&L and complex contracts.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver a national strategy for cleaning services aligned with client objectives.
• Lead health, safety, and cleaning excellence within retail environments at senior level.
• Oversee nationwide initiatives on innovation, technology adoption, sustainability and service transformation.
• Represent the organisation at senior meetings, client forums and industry bodies.
• Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly client review presentations.
