Job summary

Active Care Group in the Oxfordshire area is seeking a confident Trainer to join our Learning & Development team. The role involves travel to deliver training, primarily in Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire, with occasional work elsewhere in the UK.

You will deliver and assess mandatory and specialist training, support staff through inductions, and promote high-quality care. A Teaching & Assessing award L3 or equivalent, 18 months' occupational experience in Health & Social Care, and a full UK

Qualifications

• Must have 18+ months of occupational competency in Health & Social Care.
• Teaching & Assessing L3 or equivalent.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• DBS check will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and assess mandatory and specialist training.
• Induct new staff and deliver updates.
• Co-deliver sessions and progress to leading training.
• Travel to Active Care Group sites and venues within approx. 100 miles.
