Job summary

Arden Personnel Limited in Alcester, Warwickshire is seeking an Installation Coordinator to plan and schedule nationwide projects. You will lead a team of field-based Installation Engineers and act as the main contact for customers from order to completion.

The role offers a permanent, full-time position with office-based hours 8:00am–4:30pm. Strong organisation, clear communication and MS Office skills are essential to drive project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling/coordination/operations or project management
• Experience managing field-based engineers or operational teams
• Excellent organisational and planning skills, and the ability to juggle several projects at once
• Confident communication with customers, engineers and suppliers
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook and Teams

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule installation projects across the UK
• Allocate work to Installation Engineers efficiently
• Coordinate site surveys and ensure materials, equipment and documentation are ready
• Manage a team of field-based Installation Engineers and be the main contact for customers from order to completion
• Track performance against KPIs and produce operational reports
• Ensure adherence to health and safety legislation and that engineers hold required training
