Qualifikationen

• Suitable commercial experience in FM contracts.
• Educated to degree/diploma level in Law, Business, Surveying or Built Environment.
• Understanding of base English law applicable to contracts and FM industry.
• Excellent communicator with strong financial acumen.
• Skilled negotiator with ability to manage risk.
