Job summary

Boden Group is seeking a Commercial Manager to support post-contract commercial activities on a large facilities management service contract. The role focuses on BAU delivery, NEC knowledge and KPI management within a TFM environment.

You will oversee post-contract commercial activity, manage contract KPIs with the delivery team, and support BAU commercial delivery across TFM services and site-based projects. This contract position is based in Surrey.

Qualifications

• Essential: Commercial management experience on a large FM service contract.
• Essential: NEC knowledge within a BAU contract environment.
• Essential: Facilities management experience.
• Ideally: exposure to TFM services and site-based projects.
