Job summary

Equans is seeking a Contract Manager in Salford for a permanent, full‑time role (37.5 hours/week). You will be responsible for delivering client services, managing budgets and KPIs, and developing strong stakeholder relationships across the Peel portfolio.

The role includes a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. Suitable candidates will have FM experience, H&S/M&E qualifications and CAFM system experience.

Qualifications

• Significant contract management experience within building services or FM.
• Strong knowledge of related legislation and compliance.
• Ability to manage budgets, SLAs and KPI performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage client service delivery on Peel Retail, Peel Land & Peel Waters contracts.
• Ensure financial performance targets are met with the Account Director and Finance partner.
• Develop relationships with client stakeholders across the Peel Portfolio.
• Lead on safety, health, environment and quality through risk assessments and procedures.
• Produce and present monthly contract reports to client stakeholders.
