Eurovia UK Limited is seeking an experienced Fleet & Plant Manager to own the nationwide fleet, plant and transport operations. You will lead the management of assets, schedules and workshops to support highways and infrastructure projects, while balancing safety and efficiency.

The role emphasizes strategic direction with hands-on day-to-day fleet performance, ensuring assets are compliant, available and cost-effective for delivery across the country.

Qualifications

• Experience in highways, infrastructure or civil engineering sectors.
• Proven track record managing large fleets and plant assets.
• Knowledge of fleet management systems and telematics.

Responsibilities

• Lead fleet, plant and transport operations across the country.
• Manage asset lifecycles, maintenance programs and replacement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with operator licences, inspections and transport legislation.
• Drive fleet utilisation, efficiency and cost optimisation initiatives.
• Manage budgets, forecast expenditure and identify improvements.
• Oversee supplier and contractor performance and service agreements.
• Promote health, safety and regulatory compliance culture.
• Lead operational teams and support their development.
• Produce performance reports using fleet data to inform decisions.
• Support business improvement, transformation and change initiatives.
