Job summary

Clearway Group UK is seeking a Fleet Planning & Logistics Manager to own a national logistics operation in Runcorn. This hands-on role focuses on fleet planning, resource coordination, and transport execution to deliver safe, reliable and cost-effective service.

You will build daily and weekly fleet plans, monitor performance, and work with internal teams and external partners to improve processes and data quality across the operation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fleet, transport planning or time-critical operations.
• Strong use of data, dashboards and planning systems to drive action.
• Experience coordinating dispersed teams and external suppliers.
• Solid Excel and management information skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an operational view of assets, issues and resources.
• Coordinate national logistics, balancing service, capacity and cost.
• Manage exception handling, prioritise response and track resolutions.
• Collaborate with partners to improve planning processes and data quality.
• Oversee third-party logistics and transport suppliers against SLAs.
