Clearway Utilities Inc. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Fleet Planning & Logistics Manager to own a time-critical national logistics operation from our Runcorn base.

This hands-on role focuses on fleet planning, resource coordination, transport execution and operational performance across a field-based environment, ensuring safe, reliable and cost-efficient service delivery. You will build fleet plans, coordinate with partners, monitor performance and drive continuous improvements in data

Competenze

• Full UK driving licence.
• CPC or equivalent transport qualification desirable.
• CILT, IoTA or equivalent transport/logistics qualification desirable.
• IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH awareness desirable.
• Experience in safe handling, storage, transport or field-service operations would be advantageous.

Mansioni

• Maintain an operational view of asset readiness and response resources.
• Coordinate national logistics, balancing service priorities, capacity, geography and cost.
• Operate an exception-management process to assess issues, prioritise response, coordinate resources and track resolution.
• Improve planning processes, data quality and workflows with internal teams and external partners.
• Manage third-party logistics and transport suppliers against service levels, quality, capacity and cost.
• Build daily and weekly fleet plans aligning jobs, people, vehicles and equipment to operational demand.
• Monitor transport performance, route efficiency, fleet availability, compliance controls, delays and recovery actions.
