Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business.
• 5+ years management experience in transport/logistics sector.
• Strong knowledge of UK transport regulations.
• Experience with fleet management systems and TMS software.
• CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) holder preferred.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics operations and fleet management.
• Optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency and cost savings.
• Manage driver scheduling, performance, and compliance.
